Read-only by design
The connection has read-only access. It can look up and analyze your data to answer questions — it can never write, modify, or delete anything in your systems.
Encryption
- In transit: all traffic is protected with end-to-end TLS encryption.
- At rest: your data is encrypted at rest.
Scoped, revocable access
- Access keys are scoped per dealership — your connection only reaches your own data.
- Keys are revocable at any time, so you stay in control of access.
Your data is never used for training
Your dealership's data is never used to train AI models and is never shared between dealerships.
Need to revoke access?
You can remove the Lectrium connector from Claude or ChatGPT at any time, and the Lectrium team can revoke your dealership's key on request. See Troubleshooting for how to disconnect.
