Electrified Lot Performance

Ask for one report and get a decision-grade snapshot of your EV, PHEV, and MHEV inventory — what's on the lot, what's coming, what's selling, and which models move fastest and slowest.

Electrified Lot Performance is a built-in dealer skill. Ask for it once and Lectrium returns a neutral, decision-grade snapshot of your electrified lot: what's on the lot, what's in the pipeline, what's selling, and which electrified models are moving fastest and slowest.

How to ask

Any of these will run the report:

Analyze my electrified inventory
How is my electrified lot performing?
Which of my EV and hybrid models are selling fastest and slowest?

What you get back

A single report, with NEW and USED separated:

  • Inventory & 30-day outlook — units on the lot, in transit / allocated (new vehicles), sold in the last 30 days, the change vs. the prior 30 days, and days of supply.
  • Demand & efficiency signals — arrivals, sales, sell-through rate, turn rate, sales efficiency, average days to sell, and units aging past 60 days.
  • Top 5 fastest-selling models and five slowest-selling models — model and trim, units sold, average days to sell, how many are on the lot now, and how many are aging.
  • Watch list — plain-language flags, e.g. units past 60 days on the lot, unusually high or low days of supply, or a segment with stock but no sales in the last 30 days.

Sensible defaults

By default the report combines all rooftops you're authorized for, separates NEW from USED, uses trailing 30-day windows, and flags anything on the lot more than 60 days. Ask to focus on one rooftop or a single model any time.

How the numbers are defined

TermWhat it means
EV / PHEV / MHEVElectric, plug-in hybrid, and mild hybrid — always shown separately, never merged into one "hybrid" number.
On lot / In transit / SoldAvailable now / on the way or allocated (new only) / sold.
Days of Supply (DOS)How many days your current stock would last at the recent sales pace.
Sales momentumChange in units sold vs. the prior 30 days (+, −, or 0).
Sell-Through Rate (STR)Share of the last 30 days' arrivals matched by sales; over 100% means sales pulled from older stock too.
Turn RateSales relative to average inventory on hand — higher is better.
Sales EfficiencyThe inverse of turn rate — lower is better.
Aging > 60 daysUnits that have sat on the lot longer than 60 days.

Follow-up questions

After the report, ask for more detail in the same chat — for example:

List my electrified units aging past 60 days.
Show my in-transit EV pipeline.
Compare new EV vs. new PHEV demand this month.

Electrified Lot Performance is read-only and scoped to your authorized data. It reports the facts and the comparison; the decision is yours.
